Rhian Ramos Cover - Zen Health Magazine Feb-Apr 2013

And for the moment we've all been waiting for. Here is the new Zen Health Magazine February-April 2013 featuring the lovely Rhian Ramos.

Just like other celebrities, Rhian Ramos' life was embroiled in intrigues that was fodder for the media frenzy that tried to capture every bit of detail for tittle-tattles and speculative reports. Rhian maintained her calm and poise. And just like the phoenix in ancient Greek mythology, she reemerges from all the chaos the intrigues had caused.

In 2013 marks her rebirth. A new beginning that introduces a different Rhian--now bigger, better, and bolder.

Rhian Ramos Is Back! As the new face of the new Zen Health magazine
After a year-long roller coaster ride of events and controversies, Rhian is now back on her feet and ready to take on the showbiz world.

“I feel excited the same way I felt when I was just starting out in show business. It‟s great to be back,” said Rhian in an exclusive interview with Zen Health magazine.

Zen Health, a magazine for the empowered woman, believes that no one except Rhian could carry out the message of re-emergence and new beginnings – something that the magazine shares with the actress as it unleashes its new face and image this February.

In preparation of its 5th year anniversary, the rebranded Zen Health now solidifies its vision of empowering women from all walks of life, so they can effectively fulfill their role as mothers, wives, businesswomen, and industry game-changers.

Rhian, daughter to a warm family, loving girlfriend to KC Montero, and a talented actress for a TV network, remains empowered by staying physically, emotionally, and spiritually happy for herself, her family, and most especially, for her fans.

And for those reasons, Zen Health believes she is the right fit for the magazine‟s change of direction.

New beginnings

“I finally learned that you‟re meant to love yourself before anyone else,” Rhian says in a serious tone. “My parents and grandparents keep saying that. I couldn‟t understand what they were trying to say back then. But now, I totally get it.”

Last year‟s whirlwind romance, intrigues, and difficulties in showbiz served as vital learning tools that Rhian has charged to experience and taken with a grain of salt.

“I became a better person,” she said. “I‟m nicer and I don‟t easily trust as I used to.”
She adds that she is now more careful with her priorities, listening more to other people‟s advice, and choosing which individuals will stay and impact her life.

“Because of that I have a whole different view on work, life and what should be my number one thing—Family,” she added.

The latest on her career

Rhian‟s latest TV stint, Indio, where she is Magayon, a diwata who watches over Indio, is one of the things that is keeping her schedule full and busy.

Despite this, she still finds time to have fun, often joking around with her co-star like Will Devaughn whom, she says, is their “rainbow guy”.

“Every time he puts a „rainbow‟ (personality), people feel hope. I would often tease him – saying,

„Hey, rainbow! What‟s up?‟” she says, giggling at the thought.

Regarding her family, Rhian revealed that her sister is getting married this year and she‟s the maid of honor.

“I‟ve time to do things with her like fitting dresses and all. I‟m just so happy!” she said. “If she got married two years ago, I probably wouldn‟t have been the type of person who even made time to be there while she‟s preparing for it.”

“Now,” she continues, “I‟m glad I‟m a whole different person. And I‟ve achieved the kind of balance that I‟ve long been looking for.”

Rhian's love life

With her current love life, Rhian is satisfied and happy.

“I‟ve never been with someone so supportive and understanding,” she says of KC, who is seated a few distances away from her during the interview. “How important my work is to me, that‟s how important it is to him.”

In fact, according to her, everything she does doesn‟t bring one word of complaint from KC and it is such a breath of fresh air.

“It‟s a positive load off of my shoulders,” she says. “I feel so taken cared of.”

Giving more of herself

Rhian has so much to be thankful for when it comes to receiving the continuous love and support of her fans. “I got so much love. The thought that they are still there… I was just so touched by that.”
In return, she hopes to give back for this warm gesture.

“What you can expect from me this year is that I‟m planning to give more because there‟s so much more of me to give now,” she says.

Being an empowered woman means to have a sense of fulfillness and holistic health – physically, mentally, and spiritually. Zen Health magazine is your partner in achieving this image. It serves as the modern woman‟s bible towards full, female empowerment.

Rhian is empowered. Rhian is a Zen woman.
